General Policy (applies to all branches)

Inclement Weather Special Arrangements

MONMONO will be closed during Black Rainstorm Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above.

  • Lunch:
    If the warning / Signal issued at 10A.M or before, the restaurant will remain closed for lunch, all lunch reservations will be canceled without notification. 

     

  • Dinner:
    If the warning / Signal issued at 4P.M or before, the restaurant will remain closed for Dinner, all dinner reservations will be canceled without notification.

  • MONMONO reserves the right to cancel or change reservations. 

  • Dishes might not be unavailable for takeaway due to food safety concerns.

  • No pets allowed. Our licenses do not support the presence of any pet, except guide dogs.

  • For any disability or need of special assistance, please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather conditions, or accidents.

  • Table Return Time : 1.5 Hours. Dining Time might be extended depending on the actual operation arragement.

About Reservation

  • Reservations are for dine-in only. 

  • Phone Booking:  Please kindly dial in / WhatsApp at 9248 4154.

  • Please make sure to receive our confirmation message to be considered a successful booking for WhatsApp Reservations

Special Dining Area Arrangement / Credit Card Information / Deposit for Reservation 

  • Credit card information is required to secure a reservation at special dining area including but not limited to VIP Room, VIP Room Seating, VIP Lounge Seating.
     

  • A non-refundable deposit will be charged for any Special Seating Request at the time of reservation. Reservation could be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the reservation date without charge. Changes or reschedule could only be made once per booking.

    For rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to reservation such as no show or diminishing number of capacity or late arrival over 1 hour, full deposit will be charged. Taking a deposit helps us guarantee your reservation with special seating request, prevent no-shows or late cancellations, and create a predictable and steady flow of patrons.

  • Due to limited seating, a credit card guarantee of HKD$250 per person for booking of 4 pax or above or is required.

Late for your reservation? 

  • If you would be running late for your reservation, please call us at +852 9248 4154. Table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes upon confirmed reservation time. If you are late for more than 15 minutes and have not contacted us, the reservation will automatically be cancelled without further notice and your seats may be offered to walk-in guests or other guests in the waitlist.

Allergy & Dietary Restrictions

  • Kindly let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. 

Corkage Policy

  • Corkage fee of HK $200 per bottle will be charged. 

Cakeage Policy

  • We charge a cakeage fee of HK$ 150 per cake brought in. Please pack the cake with dry ice and double confirm our operation team with your demand on storing the cake in the restaurant as we have limited refrigeration space and may not be able to accommodate large-sized cakes.

Private Room Hire or Buy-Out (Private Hire Entire Restaurant)

  • If you are interested in booking our private room (entire VIP Room) or the entire restaurant, please email us at marketing@montagegroup.co for more information.

Payment Methods & Service Charge

  • We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay and WeChat Pay.

  •  A 10% service charge will be added over the total bill.

  • By confirming your booking with us, you are accepting of and are bound by the terms and conditions as stated in this booking policy. In the case of disputes, Whey reserves the right to final decision.

About Reservation

  • Reservations are for dine-in only. Each guest will be required to order one set of meals. Menu sharing/splitting is not permitted.

  • Phone Booking:  Please kindly dial in / WhatsApp 9017 9075.

  • Please make sure to receive our confirmation message to be considered a successful booking for WhatsApp Reservations

  • We are delighted to welcome families with children aged ten and above. Kindly note that we do not provide children menu or facilities.

  • To ensure the dining quality, MONMONO reserves the right at any time to modify the menu.

Dress Code

  • Please refrain from wearing any kind of denim bottoms.

Credit Card Information /Deposit Arrangement

  • Credit card information is required to secure a reservation for both Lunch and Dinner Sections for guest with 4pax or above.
     

  • Credit Card guarantee (Deposit) of HK$250 per person is required at the time of reservation. Reservation could be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the reservation date without charge. Changes or reschedule could only be made once per booking.

    Late notification: No show or diminishing number of capacity or late arrival ( 15 minutes or more after the reservation time ), full deposit will be charged per person. Taking a deposit helps us guarantee your reservation with special seating request, prevent no-shows or late cancellations, and create a predictable and steady flow of patrons.

  • Deposit will be a credit card guarantee, credit will be released if later notification does not apply.

  • Please complete the deposit payment by the end of the day to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation or rescheduling of your booking is required to be notified by phone or email at 9017 9075 or monmonoyellow@montagegroup.co 48 hours prior to your reservation day to avoid cancellation fee.

  • Please note that the same policy applies to any COVID-related cancellations.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellation fee apply if:
    a)      cancellation or party reduction is made within 48 hours prior to the reservation date. 50% of the deposit will be charged.
     
    b)      cancellation or party reduction is made within 24 hours prior to the reservation date. The full amount of the deposit will be charged.

  • Allergies and dietary restrictions can be accommodated as long as we are informed at least 72 hours in advance. We are unable to make any meal alternations on the day of dining.

Corkage Policy

  • Corkage fee of HK $400 per bottle of 750ml and HK $800 per bottle of 1500ml will be charged. 

  • Please notify us of the number of bottles if there is any self-arranged beverage, feel free to deliver to our wine cellar 1-2 days prior to your reservation date with storage confirmation from restaurant team.

Celebration Cake?

  • No outside food allowed. Consumption of outside food is not allowed (including birthday cake).

  • Guests can pre-order MONMONO Homemade cake at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date. Please kindly contact us for details.
