Concept and Objective
“Montage” is the word that perfectly describes and defines our idea of gathering and combining different elements such as food, plating, menu, logo, recipe, decoration, interior design, experience, and even the photos being taken to record all these as memories, to form a new piece of art or representation as a restaurant, and so to form a hospitality group by the composition of different restaurant concepts.
